Week #1- National Fitness Day (May 7th)

Week #3- National Miniature Golf Day (May 14th)

Grab a friend and visit a local Mini-Golf Playground. What a fun way to get your 30 minutes of sunshine!

Week #4- National Hamburger Day (May 28th)

Spend an evening on the patio grilling burgers… or dogs… or steak… or kabobs…

Week #5- National SMILE Day (May 31st)

See how many people you can smile at today and greet a ‘Good Morning’.

Week #1- New Year’s Resolutions Week

What is your game-plan for the New Year? I am a big believer in resolutions. (I call them goals.) I have a new goal for every seven-to-ten days… Something that I want to see accomplished.

If you have never been the type of person who sets ‘multiple’ goals throughout the year, maybe that could be your new resolution.

January 4: National Spaghetti Day

I look forward to this celebration week every year. There’s never too many days to celebrate pizza!

January 15: National Strawberry Ice Cream Day

Week #3- Hunt for Happiness Week

I think FINDING HAPPINESSS is like being on a scavenger hunt. It’s not always the things you find along the way that are important… It’s the journey!

January 23: National Pie Day

Week #4- National Cowboy Poetry Week

If you’re not into poetry (to be truthful, this includes me), check out some old Country and Western songs. (Might I suggest some songs by Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, Waylon Jennings, and Patsy Cline.)
