SHARE YOUR WORLD AUGUST 1, 2022 – HERE COME THE DOG DAYS OF SUMMER!

Each week, Sparks from a Combustible Mind (hosted by Melanie) offers its followers FOUR intriguing questions for insightful responses.

THIS WEEK’S FOUR QUESTIONS:

Do you ever feel more excited about getting the package in the mail, rather than the item that’s in it?

What is the difference between your ideal self and your real self?  (i.e. what attribute or physical feature would allow you feel the ideal ‘you’?)

If you found $2,000 on the ground and there were no witnesses, what would you do with it?

Are you ever morally obliged to take action? Under what circumstances?

MY BRILLIANT ANSWERS:

Do you ever feel more excited about getting the package in the mail, rather than the item that’s in it?

CHRIS HALLBECK

I love getting packages in the mail. A couple of weeks ago I received a package that was completely unexpected. One of my boys send me a FitBIt watch (the very low-tech kind) and I was shocked!

I get amused at myself every time Amazon asks if I want my shipment sent in the fewest number of boxes… I want to say… SHIP SOMETHING DIFFERENT EVERY DAY.

What is the difference between your ideal self and your real self?  (i.e. what attribute or physical feature would allow you feel the ideal ‘you’?)

Mobile Syrup

My ideal self keeps telling my real self that my waist is still 32 inches and not the **** it happens to be.

If you found $2,000 on the ground and there were no witnesses, what would you do with it?

Shhhh…..

Are you ever morally obliged to take action? Under what circumstances?

That’s a deep one! “MORALS” … my morals…. someone elses morals that they think I shoud follow? Think I’ll take a pass on answering that one.
