LOCK EVERY DOOR
Jules Larsen has hit the jackpot!
After losing her job, and her contemptuous boyfriend, on the same day, Jules moves in with her best friend.
While job hunting, seeking to get back on year on two feet as quickly as possible, she spies a job babysitting an apartment.
During the interview, she finds the apartment the place of her childhood dreams: straight out a fairy tale.
The only catch (because there is always a catch) this apartment comes with some very strange and rigid rules.
- Here at the Bartholomew, live the rich and famous: they pay for their privacy and solitude.
- There are no visitors- ever- In the apartment. (No pictures posted on the web. No selfies.)
- You- personally- have to sleep in your apartment every night. (No nights off. No vacations.)
- You speak to no one your lives in the apartment complex unless they speak to you first.
Jules is both amazed at the beauty and magnificence of the apartment as she is wowed by the enormous salary she will get for just keeping the apartment clean (as is) and sleeping there each night.
I found the story line obsessively intriguing.
I did not want to put the book down (and I didn’t!)
It was a late night!!!
You will enjoy this one!
