“The harder I work, the luckier I get.”

Being a novice- even though I am approaching my three-year anniversary in blogging- I believe that there is so much I have yet to learn.

It seems many of the most important things I have learned about blogging have happened by accident. I sense something and then try it. Suddenly my likes and comments light-up that others found it to be fascinating as well.

How much of being a success is perhaps mere luck?

The moments I tend to remember the most seem to have been grounded in happenstance.

But when I take a pause, I soon realize that the mere happenchance of that moment was birthed because of many attempts at success and monumental flops of successes. (I do not believe in the word failure.)

I think I am a firm believer in the line of Mr. Jefferson… “The harder I work, the luckier I get.”

Written for The Daily Post: Luck.  I have been having problems finding something of meaning to create an answer for the prompts this year. So I decided to strengthen and tighten my focus. My topics for the month of March are as follows:  (Monday) Teaching and Life; (Tuesday) Hobbies: Archaeology and Astronomy; (Wednesday) Fitness; (Thursday) Chores; (Friday) Writing; (Saturday) Hobbies: Music and Photography; and (Sunday) Hobbies: Gardening and Birdwatching.
