Today is National Tater Day. The only true place to celebrate National Tater Day would be at McDonalds!

I am a steak and potato man. Truth be told, I am a French fry man. I think that I love going to the fast food restaurants for the fries more than anything else. Sure, I make fries at my house… but there just something special about the fries at the local dives.

Since I have gotten a little older, a baked potato can be a great meal. It will need all the fixin’s, of course. But a baked potato, slathered in butter and sour cream, some bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, a little chili, add a touch or two of a veggie sprout. Delicious.

  1. I also have this habit of taking something perfectly healthy like a baked potato and chucking so much butter and whatnot on it, it quickly becomes a heart attack on a plate. Tasty, though 🙂

I'd love to hear from you. It's nice to know other people are out there.
