An Ostrich Sandwich: March 16th

Would you like fries with your ostrich sandwich?

I have never been at a restaurant that has had to ask me that question. In 1993, restaurants in France were suddenly allowed the serve ostrich meat for human consumption.

After reading that, I became curious. What other meats are known as ‘luncheon meat’ or served as ‘delicacies’ around the world?
