The Sun Speaketh

“Captain, an audiometric test for the spacewalking? If I remember my elementary science, there are no sounds in space, sir.”

“You questioning orders, boy?”

“No sir. Not at all, sir. Just seeking knowledge.”

“Smart mouth for such a young’n.  We have found electromagnetic vibrations in space. Given the right specialized equipment, we can hear the Sun speak.”

“You kiddin’ me?”

“Not in the least, lad.”

“Who would have thought celestial bodies could speak?”

“That’s not all, son. Merion, our lead research technician, has replied to one of the vibrations. Now we just have to know … who sent the message?”
